Throughout the year we run several programs with a unique focus. You might not be ready to join us full-time but if you are keen to get started and work towards goal for 30 days to 6 weeks it could be an opportunity to try us out. Our 6 week programs focus on: Chin-ups, Flexibility, Handstands and Turkish Get-Ups. Twice a year we run 30-day diet challenges, an opportunity to clean out the system and lose a bit of fat. (Always pre-Christmas Party Season so we can head into the holidays a little ahead).
