PROGRAMS

If you want to get fitter and stronger (doesn’t matter where you are starting from) and can spare at least 3 x 45min sessions with us per week then we’d love to meet you. Come in and TRY A SESSION and see if MYGYM is for you.

  • Don’t really see yourself as a ‘gym person’?
  • Keen to get fitter and stronger (and maybe change your shape a little? – But that’s not necessarily the main goal…)
  • Don’t care about what you look like when you’re training? (IE Don’t have any fancy ‘activewear’)
  • Can train as part of a small group with smart trainers? (who have lives outside the gym)
  • Would rather be at the pub than the gym? (Or at least doing something else…)

If you answered YES to most of these then you’ve just found yourself a gym!

Throughout the year we run several programs with a unique focus. You might not be ready to join us full-time but if you are keen to get started and work towards goal for 30  days to 6 weeks it could be an opportunity to try us out. Our 6 week programs focus on: Chin-ups, Flexibility, Handstands and Turkish Get-Ups. Twice a year we run 30-day diet challenges, an opportunity to clean out the system and lose a bit of fat. (Always pre-Christmas Party Season so we can head into the holidays a little ahead).
