Maintain your motivation through winter! Stay focused and work hard to reach your goals with us! Our next MyGym 8-week Challenge Starts Monday June 3, 2019. Each week you’ll be required to do a certain number of workouts and you’ll receive nutritional tips and motivational advice. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot. Don’t wait, places are limited.
To join the challenge you must be a full MyGym member (subscribed for unlimited sessions) and be able to commit to at least three supervised training sessions a week. The Challenge works on a weekly points system. 1 point for a solo training session (gym or run etc) 2 points for a HIIT session and 3 points for small group or one-on-one PT sessions. Bonus 5 points for completing each weekly fitness Challenge
The Winner is the person who accrues the most points by the end of the Challenge. The winner receives a month free unlimited training sessions and a fitness tracker. Everyone who gets 100 points will receive a t-shirt and there will be runner-up prizes, including the chance to design a training session for your trainers! (Watch out Clint it’s time for some payback!)
