Maintain your motivation through winter! Stay focused and work hard to reach your goals with us! Our next MyGym 8-week Challenge Starts Saturday May 25, 2019. Each week you’ll be required to do a certain number of workouts and you’ll receive nutritional tips and motivational advice. Email email@example.com to reserve your spot. Don’t wait, places are limited.
To join the challenge you must be a full MyGym member (subscribed for unlimited sessions) and be able to commit to at least three supervised training sessions a week. The Challenge works on a weekly sticker system. You get stickers for each workout Bonus points for completing each weekly fitness Challenge – the winner is the person who collects all their stickers each week!
The Winner is the person who works the hardest on the Challenge. Which means they get all their stickers each week and work out of their comfrot zone. Everyone who gets all their stickers will receive a t-shirt and there will be runner-up prizes, including the chance to design a training session for your trainers! (Watch out Clint it’s time for some payback!)
