To roll or not to roll – that is the question!
We see a few people rolling around the place but we’re always a little concerned that they might be wasting their time, so we had Caitlin demonstrate her favourite 5 foam rolling moves. We think it’s good to do a couple each day, especially before a good stretch. Esentially foam rolling is massage for people who don’t want to pay someone else to do it for them.
Aim to do each side for about a minute each. Go slowly and try and stay in the tight spots and relax as much as you can.
