Complete this workout just like the song. So you start with one handstand (or kick up or walk your feet up the wall -pick your level), then you do 2 deadlifts and one handstand, then 3 chin-ups, 2 deadlifts, one handstand… are you starting to follow?

  • 2 Heavy Deadlifts
  • 3 Chin-ups
  • 4 clap push-ups
  • 5 Barbell Squats
  • 6 Kettle bell snatches (each arm)
  • 7 Prisoner squats
  • 8 Burpee Ball Slams (with cross body mountain climber)
  • 9 weighted sit-ups
  • 10 Jumping lunges
  • 11 Kettlebell clean and press
  • 12 cal row
