Burpee Workout

Seeing as it’s Burpee Week…Who the hell invented Burpee Week? I don’t know, some fool….But anyway here is a burpee workout that we are going to try tomorrow:

Complete 5 rounds of each exercise. Your amount of burpees decreases each round. The burpee is a full burpee with a push-up at the bottom. (Unless you need to modify)

25 kettlebell swings
Burpees (5,4,3,2,1)

20 TRX Pull-ups
Burpees (5,4,3,2,1)

15 x-body mountain climbers (each leg)
Burpees (5,4,3,2,1)

10 push press (Kettlebell or barbell, I don’t mind)
Burpees (5,4,3,2,1)

Good luck with that – you’ll have completed 60 burpees by the end of the session
