AMRAP = As many rounds as possible
This acronym made famous by Crossfit gets bandied around a lot in the gym. This week we are working around an AMRAP in 20 minutes. Yesterday I split it into two, an AMRAP in 8 mins to kick off then an AMRAP in 12 mins.
Here it is if you’d like to give it a red hot go.
100 skips, 5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats, AMRAP in 8mins
You should be good and hot by now.
Pick yourself up 2 kettlebells (same weight in each hand would be best)
Walking lunges (about 16 each leg), 5 chin-ups (or assisted chin-ups), 10 Kettlebell clean and press, AMRAP in 12mins
Make sure you keep your body up nice and tall when you are doing those lunges!
